. . . when I realized even I couldn't handle that kind of angst on a Friday. Thursday we had a wildly unseasonably high temperature of 69°F. The snow? She is quite gone.
Nestled underneath her cold mantle these were aching for this sunshiny day.
Nature is magical.
That case of the blues that's been building for the past few months?
It's as gone as the snow.
Just. Like. That.

Hello, Sunshine.
ReplyDeleteAnd you too, Pretty Day.
Absolutely beautiful; especially the third photo with the brightness and the shadows.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad those blues are gone :)
yay spring will def do that....
ReplyDeletei figured you were secretly touring with jeff gordon and that was taking all your time...
smiles.
oh how sweet!!! enjoy those flowers and stay in the sun ... it's good for you!
ReplyDeleteSpring does wonders for people. I haven't been writing anything much on my blog either. Everything I've really got to say would sound like whining, ha, so it's better to say nothing, lol.
ReplyDeleteYou made it!! Glad to see you, emerging into spring like the pretty flowers
ReplyDeleteyou have photographed. Sorry the winter was so difficult for you. I hate
the blues!!
No wonder the blues are gone. With those beautiful flowers around there's no room for the blues! Gorgeous shots.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful crocus flowers! Love the shadow on them!
ReplyDeleteP.S. Cheryl, you put the wrong link on Macro Flowers.
Thanks Ebie. The silly linky makes me put a backlink to the Macro Saturday otherwise I can't post. Is there a workaround for that? Second week in a row I've had to do this.
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful. I'm jealous. We had a nice warm day today, too (66F) but it will be quite a while until anything blooms here, because the ground has been frozen for some time.
ReplyDeleteK
Stunning colors! Got the blues? No, Cheryl's got vibrant purples and golden yellows!! Very nicely done.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flower shots! (Your link at Macro Flowers doesn't take me to your blog - if picture number 4 is yours.)
ReplyDeleteI am speechless, the first wild flowers of spring are the most beautiful ever! Thank you for visiting my roses and lilies :)
ReplyDeleteYour crocuses are wonderful.
ReplyDeleteCheryl, I checked all my buttons and they are working well.
Three weeks ago I've changed the URL to custom domain but I've corrected all buttons and nobody complained.
You can automatically install any of my buttons from the Macro Flowers Saturday info page.
Could you let me know which button are you referring to? Thanks.
Whatever was causing your angst, I hope it has subsided for a time.
ReplyDeleteHappy to see you, your photos and read your thoughts again. xoxo
I deleted your second entry and corrected your first one, at MFS.
ReplyDeleteYou entered my URL at the Inlinkz form instead of yours, at your first entry. It has nothing to do with my badges.
Brian, we didn't go to a race other than the 2 in NH. This year, I'm on the prowl. Need to check the schedule because I'm missing VA & NC something fierce.
ReplyDeleteThanks Sivinden. I've been having trouble linking because the linky thing keeps telling me I need to have a link to Macro Saturday. I finally figured out that the badge's link is not the same address as Maia is asking us to use. I reposted & asked her to take down the original (#4 is me). Glad you found me anyway. Always a pleasure to see you.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for checking this out. I do know how your URL landed there this week. When I couldn't get in, I copied your URL and created a backlink in my post, saved it, then went to post on the linky. My browser's last copied URL was yours not mine. D'oh! Don't know why I've had trouble both weeks but I'm glad it's not the badges. I'm just going to stick with a link at the end of my post from now on to see how that works.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh....these beauties take my breath away. Your photography is magical!!!!
ReplyDeleteSo Beautiful :)
ReplyDeleteGreat macro shots. They are all pretty.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous spring flowers! How lovely. (It's still winter here...)
ReplyDeleteStunning!
ReplyDeleteit has been unseasonably warm here and the tulips and other bulb flowers are blooming...poor things - March is our snowiest month - their beauty is oh so short lived...
ReplyDeleteThose photos improved my blues this morning. I'm still feeling them a bit, though. Maybe church today will finish the job of banishing them.
