The Boston-Portsmouth Air Show practice last Friday was far more than a warm-up session for the events on Saturday and Sunday.
“Service Credit Union was proud to host more than 100 kids from Make-A-Wish and the Brain Injury Association of New Hampshire and give back to our community in such a positive way,” Lori Holmes, marketing manager for SCU said. “It is an event we are really proud to sponsor and it seems everyone is really enjoying themselves.” ~ source

PS. Your pictures are some of the best I see on any blog, and that's saying a lot!
I can't seen to catch a shot of a butterfly or dragon/damselfly this year to save my soul. Your first shot is stunning. We missed the air show over Memorial Day weekend here in town. I love watching the Thunderbird-type flyers!
ReplyDeleteExceptional sky shots, Cheryl! And the monarch is breath-taking and so well focused. Nicely done!!
ReplyDeleteLove the monarch and clouded sulpher shots!
ReplyDeleteWhile your critter shots are wonderful, I have to say these air shots are pretty awesome. :)
Crazy birds - I'd think the noise alone would keep them away!
Carletta's Captures
Your butterfly shots are wonderful. The Clouded sulpher is my favorite. Cool shots of the airshow. Thanks for sharing your critters, have a great day!
ReplyDeleteOh, your pictures are great! We saw some monarchs last month and a downy woodpecker. Your woodpecker picture is so much better than mine. lol
ReplyDeleteLove the monarch and the downy. And your thunderbird shots are spectacular!
ReplyDeleteThe monarch is fantastic! Love those thunderbirds.
ReplyDeleteGreat post full of wonderful photographs!
ReplyDeleteWOW. That's all I can say. WOW.
ReplyDeleteVery nice photos, especially I like the first one.
